The Hardball Briefing On MSNBC

Tonight, Hardball goes all night long for this most important Decision 2006
Race in Connecticut. Today, Democratic voters took to the polls to cast their
vote for either Senator Joe Lieberman (D-CT) or challenger Ned Lamont.
Controversy ensued as Joe Lieberman's web site crashed, though it is unclear
what caused the site to go down. The state's attorney general is promising an

Chris Matthews speaks with both Joe Lieberman and Ned Lamont tonight, and we'll
also hear from a top notch team of analysts and campaign advisors. Do not miss

netcast after the final tally is in.
Hardballers Chris Cillizza from washingtonpost.com and Rick Klein of the Boston

Firefighters' Harold Schaitberger, a Lieberman backer, will debate the issues.
We'll also hear from Lieberman campaign manager Sean Smith, and Rep. Maxine
Waters (D-CA), who has been in Connecticut campaigning for Ned Lamont.
And MSNBC Analysts Mike Barnicle, Pat Buchanan, Chuck Todd will be here to
weigh in on the day's events.
