            The Hardball Briefing On MSNBC
------------------------------------------------------
Tonight on Hardball, the story everyone in Washington is talking about -
wounded soldiers, home from Iraq and Afghanistan, neglected at Walter Reed's
Building 18. Last night we brought you the expose from the Washington Post's
Dana Priest; tonight, Priest is back with more on the story.

After the report ran, Walter Reed began repairs on the facility and officials
said more changes are underway, including an investigation of the former chief
who oversaw fundraising and patient care. Now Sens. Barack Obama (D-IL) and
Claire McCaskill (D-MO) are introducing legislation to improve conditions at
active duty military hospitals. McCaskill will be here tonight, and later in
the show we'll hear from Reps. Chaka Fattah (D-PA) and Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL)
on this story and more.
