Need help running cprschart after a hiatus of use.
I need help getting CPRSchart to run on both vmware
and on a separate windows machine on the LAN
Now:on separate machine
cprschart on the separate machine does not connect at all
and gives an error dialog box
"Error
FUnction was: Error identifying Remote Host 192.168.1.100
Error was: WSANO-DATA
>From that separate machine I can ping the vista server machine on
on the LAN and the vista startup routines seem to run OK
I checked that the Linux server is is still named "localhost"
corresponding to the string set in Vista configuration
GTM>D GETENV^%ZOSV W !,Y
VAH^ROU^localhost^ROU:localhost
But on vmware machine hosted on Linux
cprschart client starts up and handles Vista logon, but after logon, it
begins with " Class not registered" error
and it is riddled with "access violation" errors when activating many of
the tabs or other active regions of the GUI layout
In the past I have probably shutdown Vista and GTM improperly on more
than one occasion ....could that be part of the problem?
If so, I have not been able to find past postings on repairing
mumps.dat with mupip commands ...can someone point me to such links?
Or perhaps it is a mix of problems,please throw a life line to any shore.
