Since the ICD I've got (and must use) is the ICD-10, it's necessary to replace the diagnosis' code and name in file 80; this is the easy part, but how about the lexicon files? I've been doing some tests searching and replacing the code and diagnosis name in files 757.01 and 757.02 but I don't think this is the best way to keep the lexicon functionality. Does any one know how the lexicon files are generated?
