Are they REALLY planning to outsource these jobs? Have you gotten your pink slip yet?
This is really strange if they say there are not enough people and then turn right around and say they are going to outsource support. Of course, they want to outsource support for M,, VistA, Java and Oracle all at once I would guess. Now that really ought to be interesting.
