You can find code at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/worldvista/. It is based on the VA FOIA release, so yes it works :-). You can install it but that will not get you very far....the Mt. Everest is configuration etc. and that is not documented very well at all yet. VistA is a full blown hospital system....and with it comes the complexity of a hospital environment. WorldVistA will be glad to lend a hand if the hospital is seriously interested in implementing VistA...assuming they don't have funds....on the other hand, if they have funds there are a number of companies on this list that may be interested in offering their services.
