Hey Kev. Use "DG SECURITY ENTER/EDIT" but you need to make sure you have the keys "DG SECURITY OFFICER" and/or "DG SENSITIVITY".
I set mine up for testing, so you may be able to do it several ways and with/without other keys. We will be having employee records in our system, and I would like to use this feature. I looked for a field in the PATIENT field, but couldn't find any candidates. I know that a PROVIDER can be marked to only access specified patients, but this backwards from what I want, and what I think the system is set up to do.
