I am not familiar with wiki editing, but I would be surprised if you can get 
MUMPS
routines to format nicely in a wiki without working at it quite a bit. However, 
from a
quick read of the wiki edit help, it appears that <nowiki> is NOT what you 
want. As a
start, you could try a <pre> tag or <code> or begin every line with a space.
