[Hardhats-members] Uninstall a patch

While registering a patient, the Austin database is checked. Wiki says that it can be disabled if the HL*1.6*39 patch is not installed. Unfortunately, we have it installed in our system.   How can this patch be uninstalled?   Regards Usha
