Good question! I guess the real issue here is this IS a LOTTA PROGRAM. If we had to build an entire (HOSPITAL+AMBULATORY) practice system it would be a chalange for install shield. One interresting thing my wife found on the G5 MAC she just bought is "automate." I'm not sure what it does - if it lets one create a scipt for installations such as VistA, it could be a real lifesaver to share. Too bad Cache doesn't include MAC (or free BSD) as a platform.
