But why would it only do this when there are enough doctors to warrant the use of the scroll bar.  When I only have a few doctors to list it is fine, but as soon as I get enough for the application to need the scroll bars, the last entry repeats itself.  And to make it even more confusing, if I scroll back to the top, then click and drag the scroll bar back to the bottom, the multiple entries are no longer there.  But, if I use the down arrow button, the appear again.

Very strange.

This can happen with a bad cross reference or one that contains mixed case entries.

I’ve noticed what I hope is a bug in CPRS.  When first logging in and getting to the Patient Selection screen, if you click the “Providers” radio button and scroll through the list of providers and go all the way to the bottom, you can keep clicking the down arrow on the scroll bar and the last provider listed will get duplicated however many times the button is clicked.

I hope this is a problem with CPRS and not my data.  I’ve looked up the last person in the list and I don’t see where he has more than one entry in the New Person file.

Has anyone else seen this before?
