Greetings all I just got back from attending the National Home Care Financial Conference, where I attended a reception and presentation from Dr. Flick from Medicare Region 9 in part with the Homecare Informational Technology Council (group of the heavy hitters in home care software)
I just wanted to let you know that these companies were introduced to VistA and where extrememly interested in the application. You might see some more interest/support on how it can be modified and adopted for Homecare use considering the fact that it was announced that VistA will meet all the requirements needed for the national EHR project.
