Are you by any chance in the US or Canada.  If you are, send me an email right 
now and I will call you and explain all of this as it would take a long time 
to write out the answers.  If you are not, perhaps we can make an appointment 
to Skype (www.skype.com) tomorrow evening Eastern Standard Time.  It is 1:30 
AM my time and I am just about ready to fall into bed so setting up Skype is 
not in the cards for me tonight.
