[KSB] This brings back memories of when I was a graduate student in computer science with an interest in artificial intelligence, back in mid 1970s. Consider: Time flies like an arrow. Banana files like a peach. You can't parse it without considering semantics, including metaphors. Natural language processing, outside of restricted domains, is hard.
