I don't know if those entries are shared between inpatient and outpatient pharmachy, they very well may be. But more than likely there are settings in the INPATIENT MEDICATIONS package that need to be setup. E.g. entries in tables that belong to Inpatient Meds named: Pick List, Pharmacy Quick Order, Inpatient Ward Parameters, etc.
