This is clearly something we have to talk about. VistA HL7 uses the
station number to identify snding and receiving facilities. IFCAP
cannot be used without a station number. Cameron is probably right that
modifying this field is not an option if compatibility with Standard
VistA is required, but not changing it means a lot of work will have to
be done elsewhere.
