But it's also possible that it's simply not ready in the sense that the goals for the initial release of VOE have not been met. I'm not involved with VOE, and I'm not trying to justify the slippage here, but my understanding is that this is not intended to be a development version, but something that people might actually *use* in a clinical setting. I just got finished with a project that involved developing a significant interface in 9 months, and it was hard. Oh, we all came to the project with a lot of VistA knowledge to start with.
