Did you use the same Mumps routine to load the data into VistA? Did you put
data into any files besides file 2?

I should also note that I had to edit a few other things, like when
Excel dropped leading zeros from birthdates and ssn's.
Rather than Excel, I used a MUMPS routine to assemble the fields from a
printout produced by our billing/scheduling software, HealthPro. It worked
smoothly (I also did have a bug in formating the DOB field.)
