The up-arrow and down-arrow keys work while using the Cache debugger. I use
them a lot. The way my fingers work, I can hit those keys at least 12 times
in the time it takes me to type
B "S-"
It is still a lot slower than it was with the MSM and DSM debuggers.

Have you tried the up-arrow/down-arrow keys? I know that at the Cache
command prompt those keys give the command history but I don't if that
functionality is available to the debugger. If so, might help a little.

Some keyboards have programmable keys that would help. You could just
press a key, and out would come the magic "S+"
