You can get the single user Cache' to work, but, and I'm working from memory here, you need to increase the number of allowable jobs (not licenses). I think this crash can happen if taskman is either not running, or runs out of available tasks or submanagers. Check 'taskman site parameters'. I think P^DI and ^XUP don't need taskman to run.
