But what can you do about it? Introduce the technology, and people will use it -- not always in ways you like. It's not that I find this story any less disturbing: only that it seems impossible to do anything (short of regulation).

Where are the lawyers when you need them.

Uh...yeah. I'd like to think that, for once, there would be another solution, but I'm not terribly sanguine as to the possibility of finding one.
