This is the message KIDs displays when you try to load something that is already on the system and available for installation. If you have access to a Cache' system where it has been installed, I'd look there at the components, and especially the environment check (which is often deleted). What does this patch include? Does it have a post-install (e.g., a data conversion)? Does it includer options, protocols, RPCs, forms, etc.? Does it include DD changes? What about data?
