Marc, see if the listener is still, in fact, running with netstat -a , which I bet it isn't which is why you can't log in. Next time you start the listener, do it with J ZISTCP^XWBTCPM1(9210) or whatever your port number is and see if you can shut that one down when you want to with D STOPALL^XWBTCP.
Remind me again what version of VistA you are running or tell us what the message specifically from CPRS and that will tell us a lot including where to tell you to get the correct version of CPRS.
