Marc -- With the new CPRS client and a current FOIA distribution, you don't need to start the listener. The connection request is fielded by inetd/xinetd and a GT.M listener process is started to handle the connection.
If you are running a listener, which attempts a reverse connection to the client, I wonder if you have a network routing / firewall issue.
