Nancy hit the nail on the head. I think you may have a corrupt file or file entry: both Auto-Menu and Type-ahead are sets of codes (enumerated values). The values should not be 19 and 62. The DXS array comes directly from a template (which may also be corrupt): I $D(DXS)<9 M DXS=^DIPT(3908,"DXS") Is this a live system, or one you are just configuring?
