Hopefully, since they are federal, it won't.  If it does, I hope the VA 
lawyers will fight it HARD.   

In the Washington  Post article I just read in todays paper, "medical testing 
laboratories with the ability to transmit data electronically will be 
required to report the results", which sends a chill down my spine. God help 
the ability of us to keep our electronic patient records safe and secure. 
 
The only ray of hope here is that at least a few lawyers are taking notice, 
but I don't see any talking about fighting it yet.
