First, give yourself the security key: DG SECURITY OFFICER
Then, look in the DG SECURITY OFFICER MENU option. There are options
there for managing this. I don't know how to set up the immediate
notification. I think it happens through the mail system (which we
don't use in our site).
Select Security Officer Menu Option: ??
Display User Access to Patient Record [DG SECURITY DISPLAY LOG]
**> Locked with DG SECURITY OFFICER
Enter/Edit Patient Security Level [DG SECURITY ENTER/EDIT]
**> Locked with DG SENSITIVITY
Purge Non-sensitive Patients from Security Log [DG SECURITY PURGE PATI
ENTS]
**> Locked with DG SECURITY OFFICER
Purge Record of User Access from Security Log [DG SECURITY PURGE LOG]
**> Locked with DG SECURITY OFFICER
ESIG Electronic Signature code Edit [XUSESIG]
LOG Show Access to Sensitive Patients [TMG SHOW SENSITIVITY ACCESS]
Purge Log of Old Access and Verify Codes [XUSERAOLD]
