1,000 New York doctors to get EHRs

Looks like the New York Version of Biosense from the CDC.  Let's hope New York 
and the CDC cooperate, but I bet anything that they are each doing their own 
thing.  I also bet there is not opting out for the 1000 adopters. 

I would like to see VistA include the option to report data for the newer, 
real time data collection to the CDC.  This is not the same thing that the VA 
does now.  I have spoken with the CDC folks and have the specs should we 
decide to tackle the project.
