Kevin, I'm REALLY sorry to hear about your big business woes. Unfortunately, this sort of thing happens on an all too regular basis. I wonder if you have any political friends that can help. It's really not about technology or security; it is politics.
If I was going to fight them, I wouldn't try to take them to the mat all at once. Try to find a sympathetic person in their power circle that will at least lobby for some time to "look into it".
