I use & love the Windows Phone myself. It would be a natural match for
you to go Surface Pro 3. When you buy an app for one, it'll be available
on the other, etc. My only problem is the cost but I think it's worth it
esp. when you are using the WP.

Also, a great source of Windows Phone / tablet info, that I use, is
WPCentral. Now known as Windows Central. They have an app. Check into
it.
