You're right....it is the other fans I hear.  I guess it sounded like I was 
blaming the case, that I really didn't mean to do    :-)

It has 3x 230mm fans and 1x 120mm fan.  It's not silent, but it's quieter than 
anything else I've ever used.  I hear the CPU fan more than anything else on 
the system.
