Thanks for the jinx guys! I get up & answer a few questions only to find 
my connection shoddy, so I check my signal strength via the modem & I'm 
at -5dB/mV which is WAY outta spec and thus even browsing is painful. 
Must be the temperature change + shitty existing cable run 'cuase it's 
usually ranges from -/+1dB/mV.

Been promising to change the 3 story run from the demarc for 2 years and 
now may have to do just that or put up with connection drop outs. Gotta 
love it, cable co installed/f'cked with connection 2 years ago to give 
2nd floor tenant cable & screwed my other wise fine +4dB/mV signal when 
they cut my wires & hacked on a new end after they mistakenly thought my 
wire was hers.

@[EMAIL PROTECTED] idiots with jobs that I can do better and I'm still unemployed 
not too mention cable co can't being to justify $100/mo for their shitty 
service. Sorry, just venting. =)
