Disconnect printer.
Delete printer from printer folder (this will delete all jobs)

After printer is removed from the folder (will take a bit) recommect, it
will re-associate printer.

Done.

(you can also double click on the printer icon where it shows job pending,
select all of them, and delete them all..)

Subject: [H] Stop Printer

I don't know if I can get an answer to this quick enough because I get the
digest version of the list.

I have an Officejet G85 printer that has 685 jobs left to print. I have
turned off printer & computer & restarted them but it keeps printing. Does
anyone know how to clear these jobs out of the printer?? The computer has
already sent the jobs to the printer, so it keeps printing whether the
computer is connected or not. So it must still have it's memory full. Is
there a way to reset the memory or printer to eliminate these pages??

If possible, could anyone respond privately as well as to the list as I need
an answer ASAP so I can get this system back up & running.

Thanks!!!
