Choice pf brand aside, if it names your laptop model as supported & has the connector I'd say it's OK. I have a Targus one here that work fine on the only HP laptop I had but I think it's only 60W so no go on my dell even with the right plug & voltage.
So even if the voltage is higher than the laptop wants, that won't cause a problem?
