Ouch, that is definitely too steep to be worthwhile. At least you are using quality power supplies--AOpen has always just been a rebranded Sparkle/FSP (which makes my top 3 list). You looked to see if you can get a Sparkle/FSP/Fortron branded supply any cheaper?
My problem is that the case I like comes with a 350W AOpen (AOpen won't sell their case without a PS because they are concerned - and rightly so - that bottom feeders will put a crap PS in their case and make AOpen look bad.) I can pull the PS and put in, say, a NoiseTaker 470 for $65, but then I have a 350W PS that I have to get rid of. I guess I could eBay them, but guess is that they won't fetch much, so I'll end up with an increase in system price of $65 plus labour time, and since it's for something that 95% of my customer don't understand and don't care about, it just isn't cost effective for me.
