I'd go with the WD3200JD. The Maxtor DiamondMax 10 line has yet to prove increased reliability over the seemingly troubled DM9 line. You might consider taking a look at Seagate's Barracuda 7200.8 as well, as it is backed by a 5-year warranty, if nothing else.
