I'm not speaking from experience, but do you have a mixture of DVI-I and
DVI-D anywhere in the signal path? I think the signal path should be either
one or the other from LCD to KVM. KVM to Video card must match the KVM to
LCD more than likely. DVI cables may also play a role in this.
