[H] Deleting Recycle Bin

Is there any danger in deleting the Recycle Bin files from the DOS 
prompt?  I notice there are often multiple sub directories there - named, 
in MS fashion, long strings of letters and numbers.  Can I just remove 
these directories, or just delete the files from inside them?
