Exactly and sometimes it just has to be done on site but 90% of the time I can do it faster and cheaper in shop. I charge a mileage fee but I think I am going to change that soon and do like you do and most others do.

If I go onsite, I charge from the time I leave the shop to the time I get back. I warn them beforehand that it's cheaper in the shop, but if they want me to go onsite, I'll do it.
