Most people seem to measure the amount of electricity they use in dollars
rather than in kilowatt hours. Here in Albany, GA our rates are among the
lowest in the nation. I think ConEd in New York, City is among the highest.
Most metro areas are high, especially for you who use more in the Summer.
Even here we have a higher Summer rate for 4 months. I am going to call
today and see if I can get levelized billing. I had rather pay $200.00 per
month year round than have those spikes of $350.00 for July and August.
