Seriously, though, I would agree with this.. it's one thing (in my mind) if
Joe bob brother gives his friend a copy.. but it's different when it's being
sold.  That having been said, I've known of storefronts that pushed out tons
with "cracked" copies.. they were reported.. the reason why we say "nothing
happened" is because to our knowledge, and in talking with others, the
storefront, etc. were never contacted and two years later, there is no
change.  If it was taking a while to bend through the courts, that would be
one thing.. but there would be a filing regarding it somewhere, and the
person being sued would know about it.

Either way, WGA will block the FCKGW and like keys. So the problem is 
solved. Microsoft benefits by not having to drag all of these black 
market OEM's through the courts.
