Yep. Ghost worked well for me for many years. More recently, I've switched over to TrueImage (Acronis) which seems to work very quickly. If you have purchased the product, they even provide you a version of it that is designed for BartPE, a nice touch (downloadable from their website) it works faster, restores quicker, and has better image handling (including mounting frozen images across a network.. nice touch).
