I've had an Athlon 64 3000+ cpu for about 6 months now. It's been a great system. I'm currently running xp64 as well and they are rock stable.
However, I've had problems getting 4 sticks(2 gigs of ram) to work at the correct speed. I've read various articles about the memory controller being on the CPU, and some of the Athlons having problems. I'm thinking about upgrading to the dual core chips. Will I have a problem with those as well? I'd really like to be able to use all 4 sticks, at full speed. Thanks, Chris
