Not sure what Hayes's response means? I personally believe the way people 'buy" things these days just to use them knowing they are going to return them later borders on criminal conduct...
I see it happening with tools, laser printers near colleges at exam times, TV's during the play-offs, etc..... I think it causes higher prices for everyone in the long run, and it surely seems to be a lowering of moral standards from when I was growing up......
