Buy my Toshiba when I get my 700m. :)

The laptop being ~10lbs with both batts keeps me from just grabbing it
on a whim and hitting the coffee shop. Top it off it's still not enough
power mobile (short of finding an outlet) to play the games I want to
play and that was one of the main reasons I got that model. Damn M9 with
no upgrade path!
Still I fantasize about wanting a XPS or whatever replaces it since what
I want it a mobile workstation not just a notebook.

I know I still love using my ultra lite Dell L400 laptop even after
5yrs. The weight makes it feel like a notebook that I might have
carried in school as opposed to the feel of carrying an anchor like
carrying one of the newer wide screen 15" one does but that's just me
& ymmv. If one wants a desktop replacement that's great too just
don't ask me to lug it around for you. ;-)
Agreed. My 15" Inspiron 8200 is heavy. Most of the time it's either
on my lap or sitting on the coffee table. It doesn't get carried around
much. Did take it on a vacation trip a few times, but it feels like a
boat anchor after carrying it a while.
