Get used to it..this is how many new cases are designed.
The PSU and hard drives are contained in a partition in the bottom. The PSU
(and sometimes another fan) draws air over the HDs, cooling them, and
another fan is used to exhaust hot air at the top.
Really seems like a decent design to me...
