Use some lightweight PII/PIII class machine and install that. Problem solved, and you get a very nice firewall/intrusion detect/intrusion prevention system as well.

I have son who spends his time steaming video etc, instead of doing school
work. My currenly at 9000 Kbps download, so if I reduce him down to a dial
up modem he can cut his playing around.
