New install or existing?
I saw at least one hit with Google that mentioned a Trojan hiding itself
from windows causing this error.

Can anyone make sense of this for me? When I try to go through Admin Tools
and click on LOCAL SECURITY POLICY, I get the same error. I've been removing
programs one by one, without success. I did install all the ULi drivers,
though don't think that would make much if a difference. Also have TweakUI
installed, although nothing has been tweaked. Running Kaspersky AV and Giant
AntiSpam software along with AdMunch. Any advice is greatful. Thanks.
