Yeah. You make a virtual switch and then assign VLANs to it. Pretty awesome stuff.

If you have your images up on a SAN you can do failover between two ESX servers, so if one goes down the other one picks up immediately with no clients losing connection. You can also reallocate VMs to run on various ESX servers, etc. That's with the VMotion product though.

Plus, GSX supports more OS's than ESX right now. You can't install RHEL4 under ESX yet, for example.
