Go get a copy of April 2006 MaximumPC. Mine just showed up in the mail. The
cover story is how to defeat any DRM, and copy your media, including a
section on Converting for the video IPOD.
When I saw it, for me, there wasn't much I wasn't already aware of, but my
first thought was ... I wonder what the fall out is going to be for this.
The Editor writes about why they did it in the Editors notes section.
There is also a very interesting, step by step, instructions, on how to
make your own laptop, including where to get the parts. Not something I see
a good reason to do....but very interesting.
